SYDNEY: Just a few months after appointing its former marketing manager, Wivina Chaneliere, as the first female managing director of an Australian small appliance company, Groupe Seb has become the first Australian supplier to appoint a female national sales manager, Claire Ferron.
Following the departure of Shaun Penrose to Asko Appliances, Ferron has been promoted from marketing manager to national sales manager – electrical.
“Claire has had a tremendous career path within the group. I wish her every success in her new role,” said Chaneliere.
A replacement for Ferron has not been announced.
