“We are finding Australia is now ready to follow a long-standing European trend for built-in appliances, which are best sold in an environment where customers can visualise their new kitchen or laundry,” said a spokesperson.

“Masters is finally offering that solution to customers and based on the experience and strength of the Bosch brand, we not only want to but can contribute towards the development and uptake of built-in appliances.

“For some, it is important to see an electrical specialist, while for others the sheer convenience is more appealing. The different models can actually work effectively side-by-side, and the industry would reap the benefits if it focused on this model, which would naturally increase both kitchen and built-in appliance business.”
