The Good Guys store manager, Jonathan Finch has decided to leave the company after 26 years of service to pursue new challenges and opportunities.
Finch was a salaried partner and then store manager of The Good Guys Nunawading in Victoria for almost 11 years, adding the nearby Bayswater VIC store to his remit in July 2016. He delivered a record profit year for the Bayswater store in FY19 and led significant year-over-year sales growth and EBITDA growth at the Nunawading store.
He started with The Good Guys as a warehouse team member before being promoted to a sales team member. He was then part of the commercial sales team and was a buyer and operations manager for five years before becoming a store manager.
“It has been an incredible journey and I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences that this company has provided me. I am excited to see what the future holds and confident that I have the skills and experience to tackle whatever comes my way,” Finch said about his departure.
“To my fellow Good Guys, it has been a pleasure working with each and every one of you and we should be proud of what we’ve accomplished together. I wish everyone the best in their future endeavours. I would also like to thank the wonderful supplier representatives and customers I was able to build great relationships with over the journey. I will miss working closely with many of you.”
