Australia’s largest food industry trade show, Fine Food, will see the debut of Smeg’s new multi-purpose professional underbench dishwasher, the UD516DAUS, along with a selection of premium washing and cooking appliances.
Designed for high-performance washing, the new dishwasher is suitable for the bakery, butchery, food retail and catering sectors.
Smeg will also be showcasing its HTY511DHAUS, 500 x 500 basket self-exhausting passthrough dishwasher which is SEED (Sustainability by Engineering, Environment by Design) certified. Featuring Smeg’s patented Steam Heat Recovery SHR+ system, it gained the Smart Label award for innovation in the hospitality sector at Host Milan 2017.
