Consumer review and comparison website, Canstar Blue has awarded Smeg a five-star overall customer satisfaction rating on ovens and freestanding cookers following the release of its annual consumer research.
Achieving the Canstar Blue number one customer satisfaction award is a testament to Smeg’s expertise in innovative kitchen appliances, receiving a coveted five stars for overall satisfaction, performance, design, value for money, ease of cleaning, features and functionality, and ease of use.
Canstar Blue surveyed over 3,000 Australians on customer satisfaction with Smeg outperforming all other brands across the survey criteria which included performance and design, both ranked as the key consumer satisfaction drivers.
