Porsche and Smeg have unveiled a unique groundbreaking collaboration that merges automotive performance with timeless design.
The Porsche x Smeg collection brings together two legendary brands known for innovation, craftsmanship, and aesthetic precision to create a limited-edition range of kitchen appliances inspired by Porsche’s motorsport heritage and Smeg’s Italian design legacy.
The collection features the iconic Smeg FAB28 fridge, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, and a series of small appliances including toasters, kettles, and blenders—all reimagined with Porsche’s signature design cues.

Vittorio Bertazzoni, Chairman of Smeg, said the partnership reflects a shared pursuit of excellence.

Anchoring the collection is the 917 Salzburg Edition, celebrating Porsche’s first overall victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1970. Limited to 1,970 numbered pieces, the series includes a red FAB28 fridge and matching bean-to-cup coffee machine adorned with Porsche’s iconic racing livery.
Each piece bears design elements referencing the historic Porsche 917 KH Salzburg, from the number 23 “lollipop” insignia to matte black accents inspired by the car’s detailing.
Two additional ranges—Carrara White Metallic and Shade Green Metallic—reinterpret classic Porsche finishes across Smeg’s most popular appliances, including the FAB28 fridge, toaster, kettle, and blender.
These models feature signature Porsche stripes, sculptural silhouettes, and custom matte black handles that mirror the sleek aesthetics of Porsche’s modern vehicles.
From the roar of the racetrack to the calm of the kitchen, the Porsche x Smeg collaboration embodies functional luxury and emotional design.
The appliances combine advanced performance with elegant craftsmanship, balancing Smeg’s retro-modern sensibility with Porsche’s precision engineering.
The Porsche x Smeg collection will be available from October 15, exclusively through Smeg flagship stores and authorized dealers, Porsche Design Shops, selected Porsche Centers, and both brands’ official online platforms, as well as select design and concept stores.
