Samsung Electronics has opened its inaugural Samsung Customer Service Store in Macquarie Centre, Sydney, to showcase its latest technology and innovations, alongside a customer service offering.

Samsung Electronics Australia head of customer service, Muneeb Ekhlaque said, “We’re thrilled to evolve our customer experience through an innovative, new space which redefines our approach to care and service. At Samsung, we understand the value Australians place on their technology and products, and with our new Customer Service Store, we hope to elevate shopping and service expectations.

“Anchored in empathy, discovery and innovation, our concept store addresses customers’ needs for personalised service, to both support with decision making, as well as troubleshooting.”

The new concept store highlights the Samsung connected ecosystem across self-discovery zones. There are also consultation lounges equipped with advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and provide complementary care and support as needed. To minimise device downtime, offsite repairs are offered to customers and backed by an authorised service centre.

The Samsung Customer Service Store is located on Level 4 of Macquarie Centre at Herring Road and Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park, NSW.
