Plumbing and bathroom supplies business, Reece has announced a new partnership with payments platform Adyen.

The payment partnership will see Adyen process payments across Reece’s online and offline stores to create seamless customer experiences and ensure safer transactions, by leveraging Adyen’s Unified Commerce technology stack across Reece’s operations, consolidating and simplifying its storage of data.

Adyen rolled out the technology across 600 of the company’s physical stores and online channels, helping provide real-time customer insights and facilitate seamless customer journeys.

Integrating payment link technology means Reece can offer its customers a unique and secure payment link for each transaction, allowing them to pay through any channel, such as SMS, social media, QR code, or kiosk, creating a hassle-free and innovative experience.
