Following on from our article published yesterday, Court records show Dyson’s case against International Cleaning Solutions Holdings alleges misleading and unsubstantiated performance claims for the following vacuum cleaner models: Hoover Xarion TAV1630 and TAV1610 013, Hoover Xarion Pro TXP1510 and Wertheim X5000.
The Court made directions yesterday about independent testing to put to proof the performance claims.
Also, at the request of International Cleaning Solutions Holdings, we retract any suggestion made in our previous article that ICSH has conceded that a number of its claims were inaccurate. ICSH has confirmed that it denies that it is the publisher of any inaccurate claims and has made no concessions in the Federal Court proceedings.
