Product features across wearables for sport and fitness are getting more refined as manufacturers divvy up the market into sub-segments to cater for different workouts.

Gibson Innovations (formerly WOOX Innovations) has refreshed the Philips ActionFit range of sport headphones, which launches this week, to cater for a range of different workouts. According to GfK data (October 2014) Philips Sound is the biggest selling sports headphone range in Australia and the brand is eager to build  on that position by catering to as wide range of consumers as possible.

The range consists of three different designs, available with or without a microphone. Each comes with three different ear bud sizes so consumers can choose the model which gives them the best fit. There are also a plenty of colours to choose between, overall giving retailers plenty of SKUs to work with.
