MX-HG6401 with pumpkin soup ingredients

Panasonic Australia has launched the MX-HG6401, a new multifunctional blender designed to handle both hot and cold recipes.

The appliance is now available from participating Australian retailers with a recommended retail price of $329.

The MX-HG6401 functions as a blender, cooker, and food processor in one unit, offering features such as blending, chopping, heating, and self-cleaning.

The device is equipped with temperature control ranging from 40°C to 100°C, allowing users to prepare a variety of foods including soups, purées, sauces, smoothies, nut milks, and baby food.

The appliance includes 10 preset programs and a 12-step speed adjustment to accommodate a range of textures, from coarse porridge to smooth juices. It features a high-capacity, heat-resistant glass jug designed to serve up to six people, making it suitable for family use or batch cooking.

To assist with cleaning, the MX-HG6401 incorporates an automatic program that uses pulse stirring and hot water at approximately 70°C to clean the jug and remove odours.

Additional features include a programmable timer with a 2 to 12-hour delay function, a keep-warm mode that maintains a serving temperature of around 55°C with continuous stirring, and built-in safety mechanisms such as a magnetic lid sensor and spill stoppers.

“The launch of the MX-HG6401 reaffirms our commitment to bringing households the most innovative kitchen appliances that truly do it all. It’s designed to help people embrace healthier, more mindful lifestyles, without sacrificing time, flavour or convenience,” said Ginger Yu, Product Marketing Manager for Small Appliances at Panasonic Australia.

“Cooking with pots, pans and utensils can be a lot of work.  Now you can reduce the effort by just placing ingredients in the jug, and selecting your preferred setting to cut, heat and blend all at once. Cook healthy food without the mess and enjoy more time with loved ones.”
