SYDNEY, NSW: Creative has today 'challenged the way audio systems are being sold', launching a new Pure Wireless range consisting of three modules.

The ZiiSound module has three units, which can work in unison as a trio or duo, on its own. The D5x is RRP $349, the DSx subwoofer is RRP $179 and the D3x is RRP $179.

These speakers can receive audio from media players, and speak to each other, via Bluetooth. The ZiiSound series is being released this month.

Continuing Creative's new obsession with wirelessness is its Bluetooth speaker range with invisible microphones. There are two over-the-head units: WP450 (RRP $149) and WP350 (RRP $129); and one wrap-around model: WP250 (RRP $79). These units can receive audio from Bluetooth enabled media players and facilitate phone conversations with compatible handsets, such as the iPhone and most other smartphones. These headsets will be released to retail in September 2011.

In Creative's Zen media player range there are two new models, the M300 4GB (RRP $69) and the 8GB (RRP TBA).

Lastly, Creative has added the D80 model to its wireless speaker range first released this time last year. These are available in a range of colours for RRP $59.
