Officeworks has partnered with unified supply chain and retail planning solutions provider, RELEX Solutions, to improve demand forecasting and replenishment processes.

The RELEX solution will service Officeworks 166 stores and seven distribution centres throughout Australia, driving improvements to planning across its supply chain.

Through this partnership, RELEX will provide Officeworks with improved shelf availability and a reduction in inventory for a more efficient assortment. An automated, AI-driven solution enables Officeworks to optimise inventory, streamline complex inventory processes, and reduce complications when managing inventory with long lead times.

RELEX demonstrated the ability to provide an easy-to-use solution to reduce working capital and minimise operational costs.
