SYDNEY, NSW: A brand traditionally associated with cooking appliances, whitegoods and floorcare, Bosch has announced it will be boosting its small appliance offering with the launch of a new kitchen mixing machine for the Australian market.

The Bosch MUM86 Kitchen Machine features a 1600-watt motor with multi-motion drive, 7 speed settings and a multifunction arm with three drive positions. In addition, the machine features a cast iron finish and has a 5.4-litre mixing bowl as well as a range of accessories that are dishwasher safe.

“The new Bosch MUM86 Kitchen Machine covers all culinary bases through an innovative all-in-one concept that will free up your cupboards and dress up your bench top,” said a Bosch spokesperson.  “The most versatile mixing machine yet…not only is the Kitchen Machine an elegant addition to your kitchen, it is also a powerful one.”

Aside from the stainless steel bowl and standard beater and whisk attachments, the MUM86 also comes with a splash guard, a dough hook and a 1.75-litre glass blender for making milkshakes, cocktails and fresh juices. 10 additional accessories such as pasta and grating attachments as well as a mincer, citrus press and food processor will also become available.

Safety features include electronic safety shut-off, safety lock, rubber suction feet and automatic retractable cord.

The Bosch Kitchen Machine (MUM86A1AU) is available in October for RRP $1,099.
