Nespresso customers can now have their favourite coffee blends delivered within three hours thanks to a new service offering from Nespresso and express delivery courier start-up Zoom2u.

Rolled out across capital cities over the last three months, the service has seen strong early demand, with Zoom2u delivery partners collecting orders from all 19 Nespresso boutiques and delivering them to customers in surrounding suburbs within three hours.

According to Nespresso Oceania business executive officer, Jean-Marc Dragoli, the service has been welcomed at a time when people’s shopping habits have been disrupted.

“We are pleased with the early success of the service and there is clear demand from customers as shopping habits and expectations change. What’s been so impressive is how the team have worked with Zoom2u to quickly roll this out to our boutiques nationwide so customers can get their coffee when they want it,” he said. 

The three-hour delivery option is available at the end of the checkout process online or on the Nespresso app and customers receive updates from Zoom2u’s delivery partners as orders are collected and delivered.
