DHL Supply Chain has opened its first Australian operation with Nespresso at one of its Brisbane sites. The new site ensures faster delivery of Nespresso products to customers in Queensland and reduces the need for airfreight from Sydney or Melbourne to Brisbane.
“Nespresso has been collaborating with DHL Supply Chain since 2014 to provide industry-leading logistics and fulfilment services, and we’re thrilled to extend this partnership to Australia for the first time,”Nespresso Oceania general manager, Jean-Marc Dragoli said.
“This partnership marks a new chapter in Nespresso’s scalability to service our customers with products they know and love. Not only that, working with a local logistics partner in Brisbane will help reduce the need for interstate airfreight, supporting Nespresso’s journey to net zero emissions. We look forward to seeing where this partnership takes us, particularly as we plan to open another site in Sydney early next year.”
