TCL and Lenovo have unveiled their latest product lines at MWC 2021, with several Australian releases included.

Headlining TCL’s announcements are the TCL NXTWEAR G Smart Glasses, featuring dual 1080p Sony FHD Micro OLED panels, emulating a 140-inch display at 16:9.

The plug-and-play glasses have an open-fit design, maintaining a degree of peripheral vision, and are compatible with over 100 devices across all major manufacturers.

TCL Communication CEO, Aaron Zhang said, “Now is the perfect time to challenge the established, disconnected, single-screen scenario across price points. NXTWEAR G Smart Glasses become an extension of your smart device and transport you to a private viewing party wherever you are.”

The TCL NXTWEAR G Smart Glasses will be available locally in July.

TCL also added a new Kids Smart Watch, the MOVIETIME Family Watch 2 (pictured above), a range of 5G CPE systems, and Multi-Screen Collaboration; a cross-device quality of life improvement for TCL products.

Lenovo announced more than 20 new products, highlighted by three new additions to their ThinkPad line-up.

The ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 4 (pictured below) is powered by 11th Gen Intel Core i9 H-Series vPro processers and offers up to 64GB DDR4 memory with dual SSD support. The ThinkPad L13 Gen 2 and the ThinkPad L13 Yoga Gen 2 were also announced, each powered by AMD Ryzen Mobile processors.

Lenovo also added two new products to their IdeaPad range including the 5i Chromebook (14-inch) and the Flex 5i Chromebook (13-inch), as well as three new monitors ranging from 15.6-inch to 32-inch along with the LC50 Modular Webcam.

The newly created Lenovo Go range will launch with over 10 products. The range of accessories, designed for working from home includes mice, keyboards, power banks, and headsets.

Most of the announced Lenovo products will be available in Australia with launch timing yet to be disclosed. Availability for the IdeaPad Chromebooks, monitors, webcam, and select Lenovo Go products is yet to be confirmed.
