Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia (MHIAA) has received the top accolade for the 2020 Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customer Awardin the air conditioner category. This is the second year in a row that MHIAA has received this award.
MHIAA was the only brand to receive a five-star rating for overall satisfaction to take out the 2020 Award and the only one to receive a five-star rating for five out of the six customer satisfaction ratings which included functionality, reliability, quietness, ease of use and overall satisfaction.
This latest award, in conjunction with previous honours, such as the CHOICE Best Brand award for 2018 and 2019, reflects the company’s continued commitment to delivering quiet yet high performing air-conditioning solutions for Australian homes.
MHIAA managing director, Mr. Yuji Ito said that receiving this accolade cements its commitment to quality, technology, and customer service.
