Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia (MHIAA) has been awarded the Canstar Blue 2022 Most Satisfied Customer award for the fourth consecutive year. This award, along with other accolades, has cemented the company as the most independently awarded brand of air conditioners in Australia.

Canstar Blue is Australia’s most trusted consumer review and comparison site. As part of its 2022 review over 1,000 consumers were asked to rate air conditioning brands across the country.

To be included in the official results, consumers had to have purchased a new air conditioner in the last three years, listed the brand of air conditioner they had purchased and rated their experience with the brand over the following categories including overall satisfaction, quietness, performance and reliability, ease of use, value for money and functionality and features. For a brand to be considered for the award they needed a minimum of 30 responses from the surveyed consumers.

In the 2022 awards, MHIAA outperformed all other brands to achieve a five-star rating in five of the six rated categories in the survey. This achievement meant that MHIAA is now on the top 15 percentile of multi-year award winners with four consecutive wins across the air conditioning category.

MHIAA managing director, Mr. Yuji Ito highlights that this award win is a significant honour for the company and a great achievement with the brand now being in the top percentile of rated brands.

“At MHIAA we are extremely honoured to have received the Canstar Blue award for the fourth consecutive year in a row. With this achievement MHIAA has become one of the top 15 percentile brands rated and reviewed by Canstar Blue for having four consecutive years’ worth of wins,” he said.

“On behalf of MHIAA, I would like to thank both Canstar Blue and the Australian consumer for this acknowledgement and honour. We recognise that air conditioners are playing an increasingly important role in our daily lives from assisting with extreme temperatures to improving the indoor air quality of our homes, so to be once again recognised for customer satisfaction by those who use our products in their daily lives is an extreme honour.”
