LG Electronics Australia is releasing a new Front Load Washer + Dryer Combo range, incorporating three new models available in Series 5 10kg/6kg (WVC5-1410W) capacities, and Series 9 (WVC9-1412W and WVC9-1412B).
LG marketing manager of home appliances, Shannon Tweedie said, as houses become smaller, Australians are looking for ways to save space while not losing out on a servicing offering.
“As a result, we are seeing a trend of consumers actively seeking more efficient home appliances that can combine a myriad of features to assist them with day-to-day life.
“The refreshed Front Load Washer + Dryer Combo laundry line-up supports our commitment to deliver innovative products for a better life. Our latest Washer Dryer Combo will support Australians create space for other necessities within the home without needing to compromise on function.”
Combining a large capacity washer and dryer, the new models (WVC5-1410W, WVC9-1412W and WVC9-1412B) save time by reducing the amount of laundry washes. The Series 5 offers a 10kg washer and 6kg dryer combo, while the Series 9 offers a 12kg washer and 8kg dryer combo.
The new LG Front Load Washer + Dryer Combo line-up features AI capabilities to provide a consistently thorough clean without the guesswork. Each new model features LG AI DD technology that works with the Direct Drive motor, which is backed by a 10 year parts warranty. The six-motion wash database evaluates the load and determines the optimal washing motion.
The new models also feature the Allergy Care cycle with steam to open up fibres and reduce exposure to common household allergens such as house dust mite, pollen allergen and bacteria.
Compatible with LG ThinQ, the latest LG Front Load Washer + Dryer Combo range allows users to remotely start or monitor their laundry load, as well as monitor energy and water consumption, view wash cycle history, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, or download new wash cycles.
