LG Electronics ANZ has pledged a significant investment in its Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) segment to double its sales by 2030.
The initiatives, which include expanding LG’s ANZ Air Conditioning team by 30 to 40 per cent in 2025, aim to strengthen the company’s presence in both residential and commercial markets while maintaining focus on the dealer and commercial businesses.
The company also seeks to enhance its Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system and invest in pre-sales support and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and that its solutions meet and exceed industry expectations.
Moreover, LG is adopting smart technology and artificial intelligence to transform the HVAC industry.
It is continuously expanding its portfolio with the upcoming launch in Australia of the flagship MULTI-V i commercial system, integrating AI to optimise performance, efficiency and user experience.
On top of its expansion into dehumidifiers and air purifiers, LG said it will continue investing in its Residential Air Conditioning (RAC) split and ducted systems across Australia and New Zealand, introducing AI-driven features to the dealer market.
“At LG, we’re committed to pushing the boundaries of air conditioning technology in the ANZ market, delivering smart life solutions that make daily life better,” said Virender Rana, LG’s Head of Business of HVAC Solutions for Australia.
“Our vision for 2025 is to provide an uncompromising customer experience, upholding top standards in quality, design, and satisfaction. We are investing in our customers, people and partners to amplify what is already a well-respected brand in market, while highlighting that LG is back, stronger than ever, with premium products, service and a commitment to long-term excellence.”
