Lenovo will launch the Lenovo Tab Plus 11.5-inch tablet incorporating eight JBL speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos, a 2K display with 90Hz refresh rate and an adjustable stand.

Boasting 26W of stereo sound, the eight JBL Hi-Fi speaker set-up includes four matrix tweeters and four force-balanced woofers for deeper and more pronounced bass and clearer treble. In addition, it supports high-res audio of 24-bit and 96kHz frequency when using headphones.

To maximise its functionality, the Lenovo Tab Plus transforms into a Bluetooth speaker for audio anywhere streamed from a smart device and comes with an integrated kickstand for up to 175 degrees of viewing flexibility. It’s also supported by a personalised app volume control to finetune audio settings.

A TUV-certified screen ensures low-blue light and flicker-free visuals for optimal eye comfort. A built-in immersive reading mode softens the screen to simulate the colour matrix of a book’s pages and can transform into a digital photo frame or clock via standby mode.

Powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, the Lenovo Tab Plus offers up to 256GB of built-in storage with an option to expand via MicroSD card and is IP52 water and dust resistant. Packed with an 8,600mAh battery capable of streaming up to 12 hours and 45W fast charging that reaches full power in only 90 minutes.

A privacy dashboard allows users to manage permissions with upgrades for two years with four years of security patches until June 2028, available with Lenovo Premium Care for personalised technical support and Lenovo Accidental Damage Protection One for safety against accidental drops or spills.

The Lenovo Tab Plus will be available from August 2024 for RRP $549.
