JB Hi-Fi has entered the top 10 of Roy Morgan’s most trusted brands in Australia, signifying growing consumer confidence in the appliance and electronics retailer.

The company secured 10th place in the latest quarterly rankings for the 12 months to March 2025.

JB Hi-Fi’s rise comes amid relatively stable positions in the top tier of the list. Bunnings retained the top spot for the sixth consecutive quarter, followed by ALDI, Kmart, Apple, and Toyota — all holding firm in the top five.

Australia Post remained steady at sixth place, while Big W moved up one position to seventh.

Myer fell one spot to eighth, and Samsung dropped to 11th, making way for JB Hi-Fi’s entry into the top 10.

The rankings, based on Roy Morgan research, reflect how Australians perceive trust and distrust in major brands across sectors.

The data also reveals that Woolworths and Coles remain the two most distrusted brands in the country, with Tesla entering the top 10 most distrusted list for the first time.
