SYDNEY, NSW: The Photo Marketing Association is rolling into town next week with its annual Australian conference, to be held at the Convention and Exhibition Centre in Darling Harbour, Sydney.

Kicking off on 24 June and spanning three days, the conference is the largest trade exhibition in the Southern Hemisphere according to PMA, and will feature exhibits from all the big names in digital imaging. Noticeably absent from the list is Korean manufacturer Samsung.

PMA has over 1000 members worldwide, and holds member meetings in Australia every three months. Beyond the mainstays of the camera manufacturing industry, the Association also includes members from the professional photography sector as well as manufacturers of accessories such as photographic paper and albums.

The three day conference will be open to trade representatives throughout its duration, and will be open to the general public on 25-26 June.
