MELBOURNE, VIC: Australian culinary legend Maggie Beer is teaming up with Miele and the 2011 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival in a hands on MasterClass this weekend.
Beer will be accompanied by other renowned chefs including Sally Wise, Alexa Johnston, Hisako Ogita and Paris Cutler to present the classes at the Miele Gallery in Melbourne from 11 March to 13 Match.
As principal partner of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, Miele appliances will also feature at the Langham Melbourne MasterClass series on the same weekend.

The appliances to be showcased at both classes include the Combi-Steam Cooker and CombiSet appliances such as the Salamander Induction Wok and Tepan Yaki grill.
