As the official partner of UEFA EURO 2024, Hisense TVs are specifically designed for sports fans, combining Mini LED technology, Quantum Dot Colour, Full Array Local Dimming and Peak Brightness to deliver the best possible image.

Bringing this experience to Australians via Optus Sport, football fans can enjoy premium features including Hisense’s AI Sports Mode, which automatically adapts the TV settings to enhance picture colour, brightness, and contrast, while enhancing stadium-like sound quality.

Hisense Australia and New Zealand head of marketing, Gideon Lui said, “As proud sponsors of the UEFA EURO 2024, we are thrilled our customers have the best viewing experience via Optus Sport. Our U7NAU, the official television of the UEFA EURO 2024, takes football viewing to new levels with adaptive features, like AI Sports Mode, specifically designed so sports fans can enjoy the best that European football has to offer from the comfort of their living room.”

Global shipments of Hisense TVs for Q1 2024 hit a total of 6.32 million, ranking Hisense in the second position overall in the global market from 2022 to Q1 2024, according to new data from leading international market research institute, Omdia.

Hisense Q1 2024 global TV shipment volume share was 13.6% with a global shipment revenue share of 12.1%. Hisense is currently ranked second globally for TV shipments and first in 100-inch TVs in both 2023 and Q1 2024. As the market leader in Laser TV, Hisense also enjoyed global volume share of 53.4% in Laser TV during Q1 2024.

“Sport fans are clearly prioritising big screen experiences at home as we’ve seen incredibly strong momentum in big screens. Our 100-inch TVs achieved the number one ranking globally from 2023 to Q1 2024 and we retained our number two position in TV shipments status overall. Hisense is committed to delivering large-sized televisions that are best in class when it comes to performance, quality and value,” Lui added.

Last month, Optus Sport partnered with VIDAA TV to launch and make the Optus Sport app natively available on Hisense Mini LED TVs, giving subscribers faster and more seamless access to football games. Hisense expanded its activity further by becoming a broadcast partner for Optus Sport’s broadcast of UEFA EURO 2024.
