Hisense has released its new 7-star 417L bottom mount refrigerator, Australia’s highest energy star rated refrigerator to date, for RRP $1,699.

Joining Hisense’s PureFlat range of refrigerators, the Taupe Steel 417L Bottom Mount Refrigerator is equipped with Hisense’s inverter motor technology to ensure a more stable temperature inside the fridge, combined with Hisense’s metal-tech cooling capabilities for significantly lower energy consumption, as well as a discrete fan and in-built compressor system for quieter operation.

Consistent with the wider PureFlat range, the fridge is powered by a central control system for optimal storage of goods in separately set, controlled, and displayed refrigerator and freezer compartments.

Hisense’s Super Cool and Super Freeze options deliver rapid and intense cooling performance. At the touch of a button, Super Cool quickly chills food and drinks, while Super Freeze quickly lowers the freezer temperature for frozen items.

The fridge’s large easy-to-use drawers allow users to make the most of fridge and freezer space, while scratch resistant, multi-level shelves offer a stylish interior design.

The exterior features a recessed handle and reversible door that can be adapted to open from the right or left based on the kitchen design in a new colour offering, Taupe Steel.

Hisense Australia head of marketing, Nick Peters said, “During a time when so many Australians are environmentally conscious, consumers are relying on brands to help them make better decisions. 2020 marked the release of our 6-star fridge, so to bring Australian consumers a 7-star fridge just two years later is a proud moment.

“Being the most efficient model on the market, our 7-star energy rated fridge uses industry-leading technologies to deliver an exceptional, high-quality product that Australians can rely on. Demand for energy efficient appliances is continuing to sky-rocket, so we are pleased to be introducing yet another impressive, eco-friendly fridge – the Taupe Steel 417L bottom mount refrigerator.”
