SYDNEY, NSW: HTC will launch its new Incredible S Android smartphone in Sydney next Wednesday night.
Unlike the launch note for the HD7, there was no mention of any telco for this unit, so it is most likely going to be available on all three majors (Telstra, Vodafone and Optus).
A step up from the Incredible, which was released in America last year on Verizon, the Incredible S is slate smartphone with 8MB camera and dual LED flash, 720p HD video recording and a front facing 1.3MP camera for video conferencing.

There’s Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and internal GPS antenna, plus the usual music and video playback options. Internal memory is 1GB, expandable up to 33GB through MicroSD.
