After working in the Breville marketing team for more than five years, Sharon Lenzner has been appointed as senior category manager for cooking. According to a spokesperson for Breville, Lenzner “will influence how Breville products are brought to life through above and below the line advertising, product launches, demonstrations, PR and other marketing initiatives”.

Breville’s test kitchen manager Naomi Scesny takes on the role of Australian category manager, food preparation, bringing “more than 20 years of food experience” to the new position, including appearances on TV cooking show Everyday Gourmet, which Breville sponsors.

Finally, Tom Douch has been promoted from global marketing assistant to Australian category manager for beverage and toast, including Breville’s range of home espresso machines for the Australian market.

“Tom joined Breville in 2012 and has quickly demonstrated a strong understanding of the Breville business, effectively coordinating marketing activities and improving the way that Breville is represented by its branded distributors internationally,” the Breville spokesperson said.
