Perth retailer Peter “Kambo” Kambouris has left the Retravision WA group to join Narta. Kambouris currently owns two bricks and mortar stores, in Malaga and Canning Vale, and an optimised online sales site.

The chief executive officer of Retravision WA, Paul Holt, has issued a statement which claims that Peter Kambouris left the group “without prior notice or discussion”.

In a statement to Retravision WA members, Holt said he was disappointed that Kambouris had “joined another buying group” and had “done so without prior notice or discussion”.

“We will now consider all possible courses of action open to us in order to ensure the best interests of our company are protected in this matter,” Holt said in the statement.

“In any event, Retravision WA Ltd remains a strong and vibrant retail group who will continue to compete vigorously in all of its markets in WA, SA and NT as it has done so successfully over the last 50 years.

It’s business as usual for Retravision WA Ltd as we approach the important Christmas trading period and we are looking forward to commanding more than our fair share of business during this period.”
