It’s officially summer in the southern hemisphere and market leading air conditioning brand Fujitsu General have provided its tips for retailers looking to cash in on seasonal sales.

“Energy efficiency remains high on the list of priorities when homeowners are considering the purchase of any new domestic appliance,” said Dave Smith, general manager – sales and marketing, Fujitsu General.

“Fujitsu’s latest advertising campaign continues to educate about the category and helps drive traffic in to stores. When speaking with customers it’s important that staff ascertain the consumer’s budget and lifestyle requirements, room measurements, insulation and which direction the home is facing, to be able to provide the best advice.

“Also point out energy efficient features and technologies such as the Human Sensor Control, and high efficiency compressors. Consumers will be interested in the Fujitsu KM Series, which are the most energy efficient systems Fujitsu has designed, with some models obtaining up to a 5 star energy rating,” Smith said.

Fujitsu General has recently introduced Fujitsu Assist, a new service program to help streamline the maintenance and support divisions of the business. “By integrating new workflow processes and in-house technicians, Fujitsu Assist will provide a seamless and more efficient after sales experience for retailers, dealers, commercial contractors and consumers,” the company states.
