Sunbeam has recognised the efforts of its sales staff and reiterated its new brand campaign at its Annual Sunbeam Sales Conference, held last week at the Mercure Kooindah Waters in Wyong in New South Wales.

Bringing together delegates from five states, the conference gave the staff an opportunity to get a first look at Sunbeam's new television campaign — focused on the ‘Designed by You’ brand messaging — as well as the new Sunbeam seasonal product line-up.

The national team took part in a number of ‘challenges’ during the conference, including a cooking competition in the style of the Mystery Box Challenge on MasterChef Australia — itself a program sponsored by Sunbeam — as well as a marketing challenge that saw delegates devising launch plans for a new product range.

At the conclusion of the event, the South Australia sales team was celebrating special success after being awarded the much-anticipated gong for Sales State of the Year.

Speaking about the conference, Sunbeam general sales manager Emile Redden said it was a “great success” for all involved.

“The key objective was for us to introduce the new brand campaign and launch the new products to our national sales team in a fun and engaging way,” he said. “It was about the whole company coming together and working together as a team. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.”
