PR Kitchen and Washroom Systems P/L has recalled the Franke FWD75R Waste Disposal unit as the blades could detach and be ejected through the opening in the disposal unit. The unit was sold nationally through plumbing and bathroom supplier, Reece.
If the grinding blades detach and ejects whilst in use it may pose a laceration hazard. Consumers are advised to contact PRKS customer service at 03 9700 9100 for a full replacement of affected product.
