E&S Trading has confirmed over 120 supplier partners will be attending its largest ever conference in Melbourne next week.
According to E&S Trading joint managing director, Rob Sinclair, the two-day conference held at the Park Hyatt in Melbourne will include presentations from all members of the senior executive team within the organisation as well as attendance from the Narta group head office.
“We have effectively bookended Covid with our conferences – the last one was held in February 2020 and we are the first to hold a major conference in 2022. We are seriously delighted to have the team and the industry back together for our conference next week.
“The crazy thing when you look back our previous conference – we are not the same business we were pre-Covid and we look forward to showcasing the dynamic changes that have taken place throughout our business,” Sinclair said.
There will be no supplier presentations at the E&S Conference, however there will be a special presentation from Paul Tinkler – the local managing director of Lululemon.
“It is great to have a non-competing retailer joining us to provide an insight into their business. Paul manages an enormously fast-growing business with 43 stores and it will be a pleasure to speak with him and understand more about how they champion their team members and customers – for example they call their sales consultants ‘educators’ and their customers ‘guests’.”
Sinclair has also confirmed there will be a major announcement made at the conference regarding the next stage of its commercial division and how it will provide a substantial boost to this important area of the business.
