Victorian retailer, E&S is looking to appoint 16 additional staff members across its business.

Recently appointed E&S chief operating officer, Don Blanksby, told Appliance Retailer that all of the jobs are currently being advertised on the company website.

“We have a lot of exciting positions available with the business at the moment including 16 sales roles across all E&S stores in Victoria,” he said.

“We have five admin positions, which offer some flexibility for candidates. These roles would suit parents such as mums and dads that want to work school hours or have some days off during the week for example – we would be able to accommodate that.

“We have a store warehouse position in our Essendon store as well as a couple of other specialist roles at the moment including an e-commerce manager. We are always looking for drivers and people in the warehouse.”

E&S CEO, Rob Sinclair said, “Its crucial new staff starting with us care about the customer. At the end of the day if they genuinely understand the customers’ needs and provide a proper recommendation, they will be successful in our business. 

“We are looking for genuine, authentic and trustworthy people. Attitude is everything, we are not necessarily looking for people from the kitchen and bathroom industries – as we can train people up on products – what we are mainly looking for is attitude.”
