Ecovacs Robotics has marked a major milestone with one million WINBOT robotic window cleaners sold globally.
The current flagship model, the WINBOT W2 PRO OMNI, has been a key driver of this success since its launch in October 2024.
The WINBOT W2 PRO OMNI features an innovative in-base OMNI station that enables cable-free cleaning for up to 110 minutes per charge, tackling windows beyond the reach of power outlets.
Its advanced Three-nozzle Wide-angle Spray Atomisation Technology combined with WIN-SLAM 4.0 intelligent planning delivers a 30% boost in cleaning efficiency, while a 12-stage safety system including reinforced safety ropes and AI-powered sensors ensures safe and reliable operation on all window types, from floor-to-ceiling to frameless and tilted panes.
Building on this momentum, Ecovacs has today launched WINBOT W1S, a more affordable model designed to bring robotic window cleaning to a wider audience.
The WINBOT W1S offers Dual-Direction Cross Auto-Spray with a 60ml reservoir to tackle stubborn stains, smart path planning with WIN-SLAM 3.0, and a stable climbing system adaptable to all window types.
“Since pioneering window cleaning robotics in 2011, Ecovacs has continuously pushed boundaries in home robotics. With the launch of the WINBOT W1S, we’re helping Australians reclaim their time by simplifying one of the most tedious household chores,” said Peter Cao, General Manager of Asia Pacific and Japan for Ecovacs Robotics.
“Today’s launch also reflects our ongoing commitment to grow this exciting category in home robotics, in both Australia and globally.”
Priced at $479 for the first three weeks via Amazon and Ecovacs.com/au, the WINBOT W1S will then be offered at its recommended retail price of $599.
