The new De’Longhi Eletta Explore bean-to-cup fully automatic machine is now available for purchase, with over 50 present recipes at the touch of a button.

The Italian-made machine delivers a variety of hot and iced coffee options, as well as fresh cold brew in less than five minutes – instead of the traditional 15-to-24-hour process – made possible by Cold Extraction technology, created by De’Longhi.

The popularity of cold brew shows no signs of slowing in Australia, according to De’Longhi coffee expert, Cheryl Giles.

“Crafted with the right beans, it is a refreshing way to enjoy coffee. Cold brew is typically smoother and less acidic, while still offering the delicious coffee flavours – qualities that make it appealing to people looking for a caffeinated and easy to drink alternative to soda, and other artificially sweetened beverages.”

The Eletta Explore features De’Longhi’s most advanced interface and guided user experience to date with a colour touchscreen, intuitive menu, adjustable settings, personal profiles, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

LatteCrema Coolcreates refreshing iced coffees with ease. Capable of texturing dairy or plant-based milk at 20℃ to produce silky smooth microfoam, while LatteCreme Hotis a precision aerodynamic system that automatically textures milk into microfoam for milk-based coffees.

The De’Longhi Eletta Explore is available at leading electrical retailers for RRP $2,199.
