Ceramic non-stick cookware brand, GreenPan is entering the appliance category with the launch of the Power Pan Multi-Cooker and a Slow Cooker.

GreenPan launched the world’s first PFAS-free ceramic non-stick cookware alternative, the Thermolon, in 2007 and has redesigned this technology as Thermolon Volt – a diamond infused, ceramic non-stick technology that can withstand heat transfer and pressure while still being free of PFAS and PFOA, lead and cadmium.

GreenPan country manager for Australia, Camille Demare is excited to introduce the company’s first electrical appliances to the local market.

“With the launch of the new GreenPan Power Pan and Slow Cooker, we are able to provide our customers the best solutions to meet their varied cooking needs in the kitchen,” Demare said.

“Countertop cooking is a rapidly growing category globally, and it’s important that we can meet the needs of our consumers whose lives are becoming increasingly busy and on-the-go once again with simple, safe and PFAS-free products.”

The GreenPan Power Pan is a large 5.6L multi-cooker with 10 settings including stir fry, sauce, soup, steam, simmer, warm, sear/sauté, white rice, brown rice and grains. It features insulated housing for quick and even cooking supported by a super-fast preheat time. It is easy to clean and is dishwasher safe.

The GreenPan 6L Slow Cooker has eight settings including slow cook, simmer/buffet, reheat, high, low, warm, sauté and steam. Featuring a tempered glass lid for easy viewing and large LED screen for navigation, meals can be cooked for up to 24 hours and the keep warm function keeps food warm for up to eight hours.

The Power Pan and Slow Cooker are now available at Myer for RRP $349 and $369 respectively.
