As part of CES 2025, Samsung has unveiled its 2025 Smart Monitor, Odyssey Gaming Monitor and ViewFinity Monitor lineups. The new models incorporate AI features and form factors for an enhanced user experience.
The Smart Monitor M9 (model M90SF) includes an industry-first AI feature with smart picture adaptation and search functions for greater interactivity. It is the first monitor to integrate on-device AI, including a picture analyser which determines the type of content being viewed to automatically adjust display settings for better visuals. When gaming, AI can also recognise the genre of game and modify picture settings for optimal virtual experiences.
Incorporating 4K AI Upscaling Pro, the Smart Monitor M9 implements AI processing to enhance lower-resolution content into 4K quality. Input signals and existing image data are used for clear visuals and higher resolution.
The M9 features a 32-inch 4K OLED screen with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 for brighter colours and sharper details. The accompanying Easy Setup Stand allows customers to de-clutter their workspace, while the built-in 4K camera offers better viewing.
Samsung’s Odyssey gaming monitor will be available in two new sizes with the introduction of the 2025 Odyssey OLED G8 and Odyssey OLED G6 models.

The Odyssey OLED G8 (G81SF model) claims to be the world’s first 27-inch 4K OLED gaming monitor. With a refresh rate of 240Hz and 165 pixels per inch screen resolution, it is designed for gamers and creators looking for increased detail and picture quality.
The Odyssey OLED G6 (G60SF model) claims to be the first-ever OLED screen with a 500Hz refresh rate on a QHD (2,560 x 1,440) screen, built for high-speed and smooth gameplay. Both models offer a response time of 0.03ms, even in fast-paced gaming simulations. They support AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-Sync, for reduced tear and flickering on screen. Vibrant colours without blooms or bleeding are made possible by VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400, while OLED Glare Free screens minimise reflections and glare.
