As part of CES 2025, Hisense has unveiled a range of new TVs and projectors using audio and visual enhancements for improved functionality.

The Hisense 116-inch Trichroma LED TV (above) is the world’s first RGB-Mini LED TV. It features 6.2.2 sound with side speakers and wide-range speakers that detect obstructions in the room to calibrate the audio for the best experience. The most colour accurate TV on the market, the Trichroma LED has 97% colour accuracy and 10,000 nits of brightness. It is the first time a TV will feature a full-colour backlight, as the RGB-Mini LEDs use base colour red, green and blue lights.

Instead of Quantum Dots or extra filtering, the Trichroma LED features an extra chip set for zero second response between the Mini LEDs and the picture. It reduces harmful blue light by 40% for a better viewing experience, and increases energy efficiency by 20%. As part of its overall upgrades, Hisense’s U8, U7 and U6 series TVs will now include a 100-inch model.

The L9Q will replace the L9H laser TV, with 6.2.2 audio for side speakers and back speakers, and 5,000 lumen brightness.

Hisense also unveiled three new laser projectors, with two set to arrive in the Australian market; the C2 Standard and the C2 Ultra.

The C2 Standard rotates 360 degrees, and can be adjusted up and down. The projector will scan the surrounding location to avoid obstacles, as well as determine the colour of the projection space to adjust optics. As an entry-level model, it includes AVL sound and a 2,000 lumen display.

The C2 Ultra features a dedicated subwoofer in the base, supported by Dolby Atmos and JBL tunes. The display is 3,000 lumens, with IMAX enhancements and Dolby Vision for improved optics. The Samsung Optical Lens Solution allows the projection to adapt to bigger and smaller sizes while maintaining a 4K picture.
