As part of the 65th anniversary celebration at its conference, Bing Lee presented a number of staff with awards to praise their ongoing efforts.

“We would like to recognise some of our store managers and retail team with awards. Over the last three years that I’ve been with the business, I’ve seen such an improvement from an operational point of view and the way the performance of the teams is recognised,” Bing Lee head of retail, Chris Murphy said.

One Team, One Dream Award winnerAnthony Yang (Bing Lee Alexandria)

This award acknowledges the store manager that works together with their staff in the business, are driven by the company values and embrace change. Alexandria was the first store undertaking the migration to NetSuite.

Best in Merchandising Operational Standards & Results Award winnerGalvin Giang (Bing Lee Liverpool)

This award recognises the store manager that consistently goes above and beyond in merchandising and presentation.

Purple Cow Award winnerShaun McDonald (Bing Lee Armidale)

This award acknowledges the store manager that stands out from the crowd. Shaun is also passionate about community involvement.

Most Improved Store Manager Award winnerJP (Bing Lee Haymarket)

This award recognises the store manager that puts in effort to be noticed. JP never gives up.

Captain’s Cup Award winners – Sailesh Rajbhandari (Bing Lee Carlingford), Barbara Dyball (Bing Lee West Gosford) and Nav Kumar (Bing Lee head of online sales and service)

This award acknowledges store managers that are incredibly passionate about the business with a can-do attitude.
