“We’ve spent months and months working on this store and the whole purpose of it is really building brand credibility and linking the brands that we have,” Jock Jones, Anker head of sales, told Appliances Retailer.

“I think in the Australian market, everybody knows Eufy. What we’re trying to do as a business is really link [our brands].”

The store features a wide range of appliances and devices from Anker brands namely Anker Solix, Eufy, Soundcore, and Nebula.

These products include portable power stations, coolers, robot vacuums, smart lock, security cameras, speakers and earbuds, and smart projectors.

Jones said that the company intends to leverage the success of its Eufy security devices, which have a market share of over 50 per cent in Australia, into building the Eufy ecosystem.

“Everything we do really centres around how we can make the home smarter,” Jones said.

“We don’t have any other plans to open more stores. As you can see, by the quality of this store, we really invest much as we can into this location [to] drive the consumer journey, give them a better understanding of our brand and then see how it goes.”
