Amazon has reimagined its Echo Show device by introducing a HD display that automatically moves to stay in view when the user is interacting with Alexa.

The new Echo Show 10 features a 10.1-inch HD display with adaptive brightness and colour, and offers improved audio thanks to built-in dual, front-firing tweeters, coupled with a powerful woofer for directional sound that adapts to the space.

Echo Show 10 moves with the user as they watch shows on Prime Video or Netflix, or cook along with Taste. The 13MP camera has a 110-degree field of view that pans, zooms and auto-frames to keep the user at the centre of the screen, particularly when taking photos or making a video call.

The built-in camera can be accessed and remotely moved to monitor the home using the Alexa app or other Echo Show devices, while the built-in Zigbee hub lets users set up compatible devices or smart products without the need for additional hubs.

Designed to protect user privacy, the microphones and camera can be disconnected at the touch of a button, the camera can be covered by the built-in shutter and motion can be disabled at any time.

The new Amazon Echo Show 10 is now available on Amazon.com.au and via select JB Hi-Fi stores in charcoal for RRP $399.
