ALDI has been awarded for its marketing campaign excellence across whitegoods, furniture, electronics and home entertainment at the 2022 Real Media Awards held on Friday 28 October.

The 30th Real Media Awards were held at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, celebrating excellence in letterbox marketing, publishing, direct mail, point of sale, marketing efficacy and more across Australia.

ALDI won the Home category for its ‘Home Cook’ campaign, produced by BMF. Cheap as Chips, produced by their in-house team and Martin Plunkett creative, and Yamaha and their in-house team, were named as finalists.

ALDI creative director, Sophia Coghlan said it was an honour for their team to be recognised as Australia’s leading appliance retail marketer, in addition to winning the prestigious title of Brand of The Year.

“It is truly special to receive this award and to be recognised for the marketing we do at ALDI. Congratulations to the whole team at ALDI and BMF and thank you to the Real Media Awards for the event—it’s wonderful to be able to celebrate everything we have all achieved over the past few years,” Coghlan said.  

Real Media Awards CEO, Kellie Northwood congratulated all entrants, finalists and winners.
