Afterpay Day, the bi-annual shopping event from buy now, pay later payment platform Afterpay, is back on August 18 with offers from Dyson, JB Hi-Fi, Bing Lee and more.
Kicking off at 8am on August 18 and running until August 21, Afterpay Day will feature up to 70% off from over 5,000 retailers across the country, both online and in-store, across a range of brands.
Until August 31, Dyson is offering a saving of $400 off the V8 Absolute cordless vacuum. Dyson is also offering price promotions and a gift with the V12 Detect Slim Complete and the V7 Advance Origin vacuum cleansers and gift with purchase offers on the Corrale straightener, Supersonic hair dryer and the V15 Detect Absolute.
JB Hi-Fi has deals on selected mobile phones, Bing Lee is offering 15% off selected items and The Good Guys is taking 10-15% off with code HOME. Betta Home Living has up to 20% off selected appliances and Myer is taking 15% off small electrical appliances.
To continue supporting Australians affected by the floods, Afterpay is asking customers to add a $2 donation to Thread Together, an organisation delivering clothes to those in need. The $2 donation will be deducted from a shoppers’ first payment instalment. To date, Afterpay has provided Thread Together with around $400,000 in addition to over 250 hours of staff volunteering.
According to Afterpay country manager, Katrina Konstas, Afterpay Day is one of the biggest and most anticipated sale moments of the year. “We are bringing thousands of deals across some of Australia’s hottest brands and local businesses, whilst giving shoppers the flexibility to pay in four, fortnightly instalments without any interest,” she said.
