De’Longhi Australia has launched personalised one-on-one coffee demonstrations via a new online service, Live Coffee Expert, designed for consumers to better understand fully automatic coffee machines.
Recognising that more Australians are now looking to create barista-quality coffee from the comfort of their home, De’Longhi aims to take the confusion out of choosing a new coffee machine.
The 30-minute live coffee demonstrations are hosted by a De’Longhi coffee expert who provides information to help the participant choose the ideal machine for their coffee preferences.
Customers can reserve their preferred session from the website with the service available from 11am to 8pm Monday to Friday, select their preferred language and indicate if there is a specific model they would like to learn more about, or if they would like to receive a more general introduction to the range.
