Mitsubishi Electric thanked HVAC state manager for Victoria and Tasmania, Rob Seeley for his service when he left the company after almost 10 years and the HVAC industry after more than 30 years.

Seeley’s role with Mitsubishi Electric developed over the course of his career from direct engagement with consulting engineers, progressing to lead the entire Victoria and Tasmania states. His role also gave him the opportunity to host dealers internationally.

“I feel very privileged to have worked with such highly professional senior management and a talented and committed team during my time with the company,” Seeley said at the time of his departure.

“The product line up is unique in the marketplace in terms of quality and engineering, which has made selling it so enjoyable. Mitsubishi Electric is a fantastic organisation and has a great team culture who are extremely passionate about what they do. Whilst I am incredibly sad to be leaving the team, I am excited to watch the business go from strength to strength, particularly across the southern states of Tasmania and Victoria.”

Mitsubishi Electric general manager – national sales, Zane Barron, expressed his gratitude to all that Seeley had done for the business.

“Potentially one of the company’s most true gentlemen and just genuinely a lovely fella, Rob is universally appreciated and well-liked from all those that he meets. His ability to mentor and lead a team is one of his greatest strengths,” he said.

“Under his stewardship, the Victorian market has grown substantially and as a result, the leadership team have been able to invest in new staff and upgraded offices. Rob has been a great fit for the business, team and customers and we are all wishing him the best for his future.”
