Samsung Electronics Australia has released its latest range of Jet Stick cordless vacuum cleaners with improved suction, extended battery life, washable dustbin, freestanding docking station and optional extras including the industry first, Jet Clean Station for contactless dust disposal.

The Jet Stick vacuum range features Samsung’s five-layer HEPA filtration system, designed to capture up to 99.999% of dust and allergens, Jet Cyclone technology to minimise loss of suction power during use and a digital inverter motor with up to 200 watts of suction, an ultrasonic welded cover and diffuser to optimise airflow.

The 21.9V lithium-ion battery delivers up to 60 minutes of continuous suction and there is an additional battery sold separately for those who want to extend runtime to up to 120 minutes. The vacuum’s telescopic wand boasts an ergonomic lightweight design with four length adjustments and the new Z Stand docking station houses the vacuum and accessories with dual-charging capabilities.

Users can check the status of their vacuum with the LED display on the handle that shows power level, brush type and error alerts.

With the introduction of the Jet Clean Station, users can empty the dustbin without getting their hands dirty, offering an end-to-end solution to keep the home clean.”

There are six new models in the range. RRPs start from $899 for the VS70 with turbo brush and move up to $1,399 for the VS90 with turbo and soft action brush. The Jet Clean Station in grey can be purchased for $100 with the purchase of any Jet Stick VS90 model. Alternatively, the Jet Clean Station in white can be purchased for $399.

An additional battery for the Jet VS90 can be purchased for $249 and for $199 for the Jet Light VS70 vacuums.
