Myer has recommenced Click & Collect services at 22 of its stores around the country, in response to anticipated demand and increased sales in the lead up to Mother’s Day.

Pop-up booths, which have been set up at store entries, operate from 10am to 5pm, 7 days a week and will remain open until Mother’s Day on 10 May 2020. Customers can check the store locator for their nearest Click & Collect service and will be advised of their closest store when selecting Click & Collect upon checkout.

Myer chief customer officer, Geoff Ikin said, “With Mother’s Day approaching, we wanted to get ahead of the anticipated surge of online orders and offer customers greater choice and convenience.

To ensure customers can collect their items in safest possible way, we have pop-up booths at store entrances, with enhanced hygiene and distancing measures in place.

“Having recently announced the reinstatement of more than 2,000 team members, this decision will enable us to bring even more of our valued team members back to work. Customer service and satisfaction is paramount to us. Our dedicated teams are working hard to ensure all customers receive purchases as quickly as possible.”
