Ring will be releasing its first indoor-only security camera – the Ring Indoor Cam – as the company’s most affordable camera for $99.

Available from 18 February 2020, the Ring Indoor Cam features 1080p HD video, motion zones, night vision, two-way talk and motion-activated recording, in addition to privacy settings accessible via the app, including disabling motion and audio recording.

Ring will also be launching the Ring Stick Up Cam on 29 January 2020, designed for indoors or outdoors, available in a battery power option for $179 or solar power option for $259. It also features 1080p HD video, motion detection, night vision, two-way talk and wide viewing angle.

The Indoor Cam and Stick Up Cam can be linked to compatible smart home devices from Ring and other brands. Both cameras are also Alexa enabled, which allows users to say ‘Alexa, show the backyard’ to see Live View or ‘Alexa, answer the living room’ to speak to whoever is in the home.
